THIS IS A HOUSE LOCATED IN SPRING HILL, FL LICENSED FOR ASSISTED LIVING WITH 1-6 RESIDENTS.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ALONE INDEPENDENTLY
PAY IS BASED ON OVERNIGHT STAYS. SELECT BETWEEN 2 DAYS UP TO 6 DAYS A WEEK
MUST HAVE GROUP HOME OR RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE A VALID IN-PERSON CPR CARD.
MUST HAVE AN IN-PERSON 6- HOUR MEDICATION TRAINING CERTIFICATE OR BE ABLE TO OBTAIN ONE
MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO COOK GOOD MEALS, CLEAN, PASS MEDS, ANSWER CALLS AND THE FRONT DOOR
PAY : WEEKLY PAY.
- $125 Sign On Bonus (paid after 30 shifts)
- $3,000 per month for your 1st month
- Up to $4,000 per month your 30th shift review
As a Caregiver or CNA, you will participate in patient-centered care and perform clerical and cleaning functions that support operations.
New Travelers are welcome! You must have a CPR and experience card to start.
To succeed in our high-energy, high-reward environment, you MUST understand that this is a small community which means the Janitor, Chef, Med Tech, Emergency Manager, Activity Facilitator, and Admission staff are an all-in-one role that you will need to master. Training will be provided.
MUST HAVE :
- 6-Hour Medicine Training Certificate (IN-PERSON, NOT ONLINE)
- In-Person CPR Card (IN-PERSON, NOT ONLINE)
- 2 forms of Photo ID
- USA Citizenship or authorization to work
- Willingness to complete 2 hours of Pre-Service in person (usually during your 1st shift or in-person interview visit)
- Willingness to complete several hours of In-Service Trainings and dementia training online
